Webinar - Implementing Technology at my Nonprofit: How to Get Started
Through hundreds of conversations with nonprofits across North America, we’ve learned a lot about what it takes to get the internal buy-in and support for a technology implementation. In our experience, projects take one of two forms:
1) an .org gets started because a particular staff/department wants or needs to change solutions (ie. Director of Development wants to move from Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce), or
2) an .org has a mandate or opportunity to implement an enterprise technology platform with wide-ranging strategic impact (ie. there is Executive level/Board recognition and support to invest in the right technology to accelerate growth/impact). We will discuss both entry points and the common areas of buy-in necessary to get your project started.
Join Belmar’s Chief Executive Officer and Delivery Manager, Scott and Hua Ping, respectively, along with Salesforce.org’s Executive Advisor, Bernardo Sandoval, as they give you the play by play on how to leverage technology to create lasting change. See you on April 20th!
