If you’re running Nonprofit Success Pack, you’ve likely felt the shift coming. Salesforce has stopped issuing new NPSP licenses through

Every year, a large contingent of Salesforce customers makes the trip to San Francisco for Dreamforce. It’s happening again this
Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is Salesforce's original nonprofit managed package, and Nonprofit Cloud is Salesforce's newer, more unified platform built for fundraising, program management, and grants in one place. Salesforce has stopped issuing new NPSP licenses, so any nonprofit starting fresh should be on Nonprofit Cloud, and organizations already running NPSP should have a migration plan. We help with both — new Nonprofit Cloud implementations and NPSP-to-Nonprofit Cloud migrations for existing customers.
Salesforce's Power of Us Program donates 10 free Salesforce licenses to qualifying nonprofits, which covers the software cost for a small team. It doesn't cover implementation, configuration, data migration, or ongoing admin support — that's where a partner comes in. We help nonprofits confirm Power of Us eligibility, get the donated licenses set up correctly, and decide when it makes sense to add paid licenses as the team grows.
Not if it's done properly. Data migration is where most Salesforce implementations run into trouble, which is why we treat it as its own workstream rather than an afterthought — mapping every field, de-duplicating records, and validating the data before and after the move so your team can trust the numbers on day one.
It depends on your data complexity, how many systems you're consolidating, and how much customization you need — a lean setup can take a matter of weeks, while a full migration with grants management, program tracking, and legacy data cleanup typically runs a few months.
Yes. We regularly help organizations consolidate data from multiple sources — including merging systems after a nonprofit merger or acquisition — into a single, unified Salesforce environment.
Not necessarily. Many nonprofits can't justify a full-time hire but still need someone keeping the system healthy. Hypercare is designed as that alternative — ongoing admin support, monitoring, and optimization without the cost of a full-time salary and benefits.
No. Most Salesforce implementations fail to deliver value not at launch but in the months after, when there's no one to troubleshoot issues, train new staff, or keep the system tuned as needs change. Our Hypercare program is built specifically for that period: proactive monitoring, on-demand access to certified experts, and ongoing enhancements — not a break-fix ticket queue you wait on.
Look past general Salesforce experience and ask specifically about nonprofit experience: have they migrated organizations off Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, or similar legacy CRMs, do they understand grants management and program/case management (not just donor records), and what happens after go-live — is ongoing support built in, or do you need a separate contract? Ask for nonprofit-specific references, not just general Salesforce case studies.
Cost depends on scope — how many Salesforce products you're implementing, how much data needs to migrate, and how much custom configuration your programs require. Projects typically range from $20,000 - $100,000, but to help you know exactly, we scope every engagement with a free consultation before quoting, so you know the cost before committing.
Yes — migrating nonprofits off legacy CRMs and into Salesforce is one of our core specialties. We handle the full data pipeline: field mapping, de-duplication, cleansing and validation, and consolidating records from multiple sources, so donor history and giving records come across accurately rather than getting flattened or lost in the move.
CareReady is a pre-built case management solution on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, aimed at nonprofits and health & human services organizations that need program and case management (not just donor/fundraising tracking). Because it starts from a pre-configured, no-code framework rather than a blank Salesforce org, it's built to launch in as little as six weeks instead of a from-scratch build. It's a good fit if case management is central to your programs and you want to avoid a long, custom-build timeline.
Nonprofits are our core focus, but we also work with public sector agencies and for-profit businesses. That range means our nonprofit clients benefit from the same Salesforce expertise larger organizations rely on, applied to nonprofit budgets and use cases.
We've been a Salesforce partner since 2010 and have completed over 1,250 projects with a 4.9 client satisfaction score. Our nonprofit practice focuses specifically on fundraising, grants management, and program/case management — not general CRM setup.
We implement with data security and compliance requirements as part of the build — encryption, access controls, and alignment with relevant standards for the agency's context, meeting all GDPR and HIPAA requirements.
