
After all the excitement of Dreamforce it’s time to do a wrap-up! Wow, it was a busy week in San Francisco and if you missed Dreamforce this year there were a lot of product announcements that we will unpack in this post.
If you’ve ever been to Dreamforce you know the buzz that exists in San Francisco. From the airport all the way into the city you feel the excitement of the AI revolution and it was palpable all around Moscone. Salesforce is all in on Agentforce and in typical fashion, they announced throughout the week in the various vertical keynotes.

Dreamforce 2025 Main Keynote
The Dreamforce 2025 main keynote, was a high-energy, 90-minute session hosted by Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff. The overarching theme was the “Agentic Enterprise” a vision where AI agents collaborate with humans to handle routine tasks, freeing people to deliver work like relationship-building and innovation.
Benioff emphasized Salesforce’s foundational pillars of trust, data, and governance as essential for reliable AI, declaring, “The future of work. It’s not artificial, it’s profoundly human.” The keynote blended visionary storytelling, live demos, and customer success stories to showcase Agentforce, Salesforce’s fastest-growing product, which has already processed over 1.5 million customer service requests. Key focuses included seamless AI integration across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Slack, etc.), the power of context over mere prompts, and flexible scaling for enterprises.

Dreamforce 2025 Nonprofit Keynote
The Dreamforce 2025 Nonprofit Keynote, titled “Scale Impact in the Agentic Era,” took place on October 16, 2025, as part of the event’s focus on AI-driven transformation. The session featured Salesforce leaders and representatives from two leading nonprofits who shared how they are using Nonprofit Cloud and Agentforce to revolutionize operations, data management, team collaboration, donor engagement, and program delivery.
